The Kredenbacher Hof in Esselbach in the Spessart, Lower Franconia is a manufacturer of organic apple chips as a raw material for wholesalers and food processing. Our crispy, aromatic apple slices are suitable for muesli, bars, toppings, delicatessen products and foodservice.
We also supply retailers, health food stores and farm shops. For resale, own-label packaging and private labels, ready-to-sell bags as well as loose organic apple chips by the kg and in bulk containers are available.

Applications for food processing
Which product form is right for my application?
Our loose organic apple chips by the kg are suitable for muesli, cereals, bars, baked goods and snack mixes. You can incorporate them into your own recipes or package them yourself for resale.
For smaller apple pieces in recipes, we offer dried organic apple cubes with a size of approx. 10 mm. They can be portioned and mixed with other ingredients.
For foodservice, catering and delicatessen products, apple chips can be used, for example, as a topping for yogurt and desserts. For farm shops, health food stores and other retailers, the pre-packaged bags are a suitable alternative to own-label packaging.
Quality from a well-coordinated team
At our company, people have been working together like one big family for many years. Careful selection, gentle drying and sorting are part of our daily work. Processing and drying take place at the Kredenbacher Hof in Lower Franconia.
The apples partly come from our own organic cultivation and are supplemented by raw materials from selected organic-certified partner businesses. For industrial processes or special recipes, we are happy to discuss the desired product form and your requirements before a larger order.

You can order the bags in the respective sales units offered. The minimum order for loose goods starts with a container of 2.5 kg of apple chips or 3 kg of apple cubes.

Best before / remaining shelf life: We guarantee a remaining shelf life of at least 12 months upon delivery with proper storage. The specific best-before date can be found on the packaging or the sealing clip.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from light. Reseal properly after opening.

Can I order directly at wholesale prices?
Yes. The displayed shop prices are already our wholesale prices for the offered sales units. Select the product and container, add the desired quantity to the shopping cart and order directly online. A prior price inquiry is not required.
Can I also order regularly in the shop?
Yes. You can also place recurring orders directly in the shop. For requirements planned over a longer period, we are happy to individually coordinate quantities, availability and delivery dates with you.
From when will I receive an individual offer?
We create individual offers from 50 kg per order or for annual requirements of more than €2,500. We will confirm availability and the delivery date in accordance with your request.
Large quantities, resale or special requirements?
For an individual offer, please tell us the desired product form, container, quantity per order, delivery location and, if possible, your annual requirements.
