Which organic oils are available in bottles?

• Organic high-oleic sunflower oil, cold-pressed and filtered – 6 × 0.25 l: from our own organic cultivation, mild in flavor; for baked goods, dressings, and hot cooking.
• Organic sunflower oil, deodorized – 6 × 0.5 l: mild and largely neutral in taste; for recipes where the flavors of other ingredients take center stage.
• Organic walnut oil, cold-pressed – 6 × 0.25 l: intensely nutty; for salads, delicate dressings, dips, and cold preparations.
• Organic virgin sesame oil, cold-pressed – 6 × 0.25 l: with a nutty aroma; for marinades, dressings, and Asian or Oriental dishes.
• Organic black cumin oil, extra cold-pressed and unfiltered – 6 × 0.25 l: from Nigella sativa seeds, natural and bottled in light-protected glass.

Organic high-oleic sunflower oil: two grades in cubitainers

For food manufacturers, commercial kitchens, bakeries, and processors, we offer organic high-oleic (HO) sunflower oil in two processing qualities:

• Cold-pressed and filtered – Premium Quality: cold-pressed and filtered directly on the farm from our own organic HO sunflower seeds; with a mild, distinct flavor for gourmet products, dressings, and baked goods.
• Deodorized – Organic Quality: from organic HO sunflower seeds, processed in accordance with organic standards; largely neutral in taste for recipes requiring a mild oil base.

Both cubitainer oils are High Oleic. They are rich in oleic acid and possess good oxidative stability. Filling takes place directly at Kredenbacher Hof in Esselbach.

Net weight: 920 kg of oil per cubitainer. The indication 1,000 l refers to the nominal volume of the container, not a guaranteed filling volume in liters. Orders start at one full cubitainer; we offer further quantities in full cubitainers. Price upon request.
