Our dried organic Artemisia annua leaf material in a 2.5 kg bulk container consists of whole and broken leaves with a small proportion of stems. The plants originate from our own controlled organic cultivation in Esselbach, Bavaria.

From cultivation, harvesting and drying to processing and packaging, we carry out the essential steps ourselves at Kredenbacher Hof. This ensures the traceability of the agricultural origin and processing of each product batch.

Protected rack drying directly after harvest

Immediately after harvesting, the Artemisia annua plant material is transferred to our farm's own rack dryer without unnecessary intermediate storage. There it dries under protected and controlled conditions.

Unlike open-air drying, contact with precipitation, soil, dust and other external influences is largely reduced. This protected process is designed for maximum protection against external contamination.

Gentle drying also helps to preserve the natural color and the recognizable plant structure of the harvested leaf material as much as possible. Afterwards, the dried material is threshed, cleaned, and prepared for packaging on our farm.

The 2.5 kg bulk container contains the dried leaf material as a continuous larger packaging unit. It is particularly suitable for commercial customers with a corresponding quantity requirement or their own further processing.

The already available Organic Artemisia annua leaf material 6 × 80 g, on the other hand, is divided into six smaller units. This version is suitable when smaller, separately packaged quantities are required.

Difference between leaf material and powder

The dried leaf material consists of whole and broken leaves and has a clearly recognizable plant structure. The powder is already finely ground and has a more uniform texture.
